Pathways to undergraduate study

Prepare for your undergraduate degree

Our undergraduate pathway programmes are the best way to prepare for a degree at the high-ranking University of Aberdeen. Studying in the UK can be a huge adjustment, but by studying at the International Study Centre, you will receive the necessary support to thrive in your university studies.

You will be a member of the University community from your first day, studying a curriculum designed in collaboration with University of Aberdeen academics. Scottish undergraduate degrees are typically four years in length and your time at the International Study Centre will not affect this. Depending on the pathway programme you choose, you will transition to degree study in either your second or third year, still graduating in the typical four years it would take a domestic student. The only exception to this are the LLB and Medicine programmes which offer first year entry.
